Job Profile:
A Business Technology Executive, focusing specifically on our security solutions portfolio. This role combines technical security expertise with strategic sales capabilities to help organizations protect their critical assets and achieve their security and compliance objectives.

Primary Responsibilities
Communicating the requirements of detailed security assessments and risk analyses
Creating multi-layered security proposals incorporating managed security services, hardware, and professional services with the assistance of the VEIT security team and the security presales engineer
Working with vCISO’s to develop and implement strategic security roadmaps for clients’ long-term protection
Integrating security solutions with existing IT infrastructure and cloud environments
Generate new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and network development
Manage a portfolio of 50-75 active accounts with significant security expansion potential
Develop and maintain relationships with key security decision-makers and stakeholders
Create and present executive-level security proposals and business cases
Work with other sales teams within VEIT to educate and empower teammates in the promotion of security offerings for prospective customers and potential customers.
Qualifications, Preferred Skills, and abilities
5+ years of experience in technology sales, with at least 2 years focusing on security solutions
Security certifications (CISSP, Security+, CISM, or similar)
Experience with managed security services and cloud security solutions
Experience with security assessments or security consulting
Knowledge of security information and event management (SIEM) systems
Demonstrated success in complex solution selling.
Strong understanding of current security landscape, threats, and protection strategies
Experience with security frameworks and compliance requirements
