Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced security professional to serve as Security Director at One Oxford Centre. This role manages the security team’s daily operations and serves as the main point of contact for client needs.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily security operations
Serve as primary client contact for security matters
Manage staff scheduling and payroll
Handle team discipline and professional development
Order uniforms and necessary supplies
Administer and oversee security training
Conduct interviews and manage hiring process
Create and audit access badges
Maintain current post orders and emergency procedures
Address security concerns from tenants, colleagues, and visitors
Respond to security and medical emergencies
Fulfill additional duties as requested by Property Management
Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent combination of training, certifications, and practical experience (minimum 5 years)
Previous supervisory experience required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $26.17 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
