Projected Schedule: Friday & Saturday 8pm to 12am 4.0 hrs ( can be more)
Pay rate: $25/hr weekly
Job Summary
We are seeking a professional Security Agent to join our team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to create a safe and secure environment. You will protect our premises, assets, and employees and prevent any illegal or inappropriate occurrences. The ideal candidate has experience with public safety and security and operates with a high degree of integrity at all times. The assigned Agent will greet and Enforce Policy and rules of establishment.
Responsibilities
Monitor entrances and exits to ensure only authorized personnel access the facility
Remove trespassers when necessary
Respond to reports of suspicious activity
Be able to clock in and out using Application
Incident report documentation
Be on time
Have extensive Experience in the field
customer service oriented
excellent hygien/grooming
No phones allowed in use during shift
Be super Effective in communicating with Management about any suspicious activity or red flags that need to be addressed
Strategically use De Escalation Methods to avoid Nussiance around guest and remove unruly guest
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Security Officer or in a similar position is preferred
Spanish and English Speaking /Bilingual
Strong understanding of public safety and security procedures
Excellent written communication skills and report writing ability
High level of integrity and professionalism
Attention to detail and strong observational skills
Ability to work without direct supervision
Able to be assertive and the same time have customer services
Able to De Escalate any sittuation arrising
Full duty Belt Is required
