Scout Security Services is looking to build a new team for a community in Kissimmee. This is a 24/7 Security Contract.
I need licensed security guards to work days / nights / and weekends. Schedule is currently wide open.

Responsibilities:
– Patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle to ensure the safety of personnel and property
– Enforce access control procedures by verifying identification and granting or denying entry
– Conduct regular inspections to identify potential security risks or hazards
– Respond to alarms and emergency situations promptly and appropriately
– Write detailed incident reports documenting any security-related incidents or observations
– Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in security is preferred
– Proven experience in loss prevention, law enforcement, or military service is highly desirable
– Familiarity with first aid procedures and CPR certification is a plus
– Strong surveillance skills with the ability to identify suspicious behavior or activities
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to handle conflicts or difficult situations calmly and professionally
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.50 – $14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
