DISPATCHER / OFFICE ADMIN – FULL TIME + PART TIME
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Security Dispatcher to join our team at Safety Zone Security, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching security guards to various locations, ensuring that all security assignments are properly staffed and that our clients’ needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Dispatch security guards to various locations as needed
Monitor and update the status of all security guards on duty
Communicate effectively with security guards, clients, and management to ensure all security needs are met
Coordinate and schedule security guard shifts and assignments
Respond to and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during security assignments
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all security activities
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Ability to be Proficient in scheduling and reporting softwares
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
