Sheepdog Public Safety is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Unarmed Security Guard. This full-time position offers a competitive starting salary of $15 per hour. As an Unarmed Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients.
**Job Overview:**
As an Unarmed Security Guard, you will be responsible for conducting foot patrols and maintaining a visible presence to deter unauthorized activity. You will also be required to respond to emergencies and report any suspicious behavior to the appropriate authorities.
**Responsibilities:**
Conduct regular foot patrols to monitor for any security breaches
Maintain a visible presence to deter criminal activity
Check ID’s as requested by client’s management staff
Respond to emergencies and assist guests or clients as needed
Report any incidents or suspicious behavior to the appropriate authorities
**Requirements:**
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid security guard license
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations
Night shift position, must be able to work weekends.
