Job Summary
One of our esteemed clients is looking for several licensed Security Guards in the Naples / Ft. Meyers / Cape Coral area to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our retail clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, including monitoring premises, enforcing rules, and responding to incidents effectively.
Duties
Enforce policies and procedures to maintain order and safety within the facility.
Provide assistance in conflict management situations, ensuring minimal disruption.
Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify potential security risks.
Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during shifts.
Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary for investigations or emergencies.
Skills
Experience in military or law enforcement is highly desirable.
Proficiency in surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies.
Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus.
Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with staff and the public.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
