The Schedule (40 Hours)
12:00pm – 8:00pm
Friday and Saturday + 3 Additional Days that vary week by week.
Responsibilities:
– ProvideUnarmed Security Guardservices to protect the clients location, customers and its assets.
– Conduct foot patrols to detect, report and deter unauthorized activities.
– Respond to alarms and emergency situations in a timely manner.
– Maintain a visible presence to deter criminal activity from within the store.
– Enforce security policies and procedures to maintain a secure environment.
– Enforce parking rules and regulations
– Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies as needed.
Requirements:
– Must have an activeMaryland Guard Card.
– Previous Security experience is a must.
– Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations effectively.
– Ability towalk/standfor extended periods of time.
– Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
– Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening
Notes:
– Must have an active and physicalMaryland Guard Cardin possession at the time of interview.
– The client may fluctuate the schedule from time to time to adjust services as needed.
