Responsibilities:
– Conduct regular security patrols in designated areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises
– Utilize conflict management skills to de-escalate tense situations and maintain a safe environment
– Provide assistance and support to customers or employees in need
– Implement and enforce security procedures and protocols to prevent unauthorized access
– Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
– Maintain accurate records of security incidents and report any issues to the appropriate authorities
– Stay updated on security best practices and participate in training sessions as required
– Assist with loss prevention efforts to minimize theft and protect company assets
– Administer first aid or CPR in emergency situations as needed

Qualifications
– Strong background in security and conflict management
– Military experience is a plus
– Familiarity with CCTV and loss prevention techniques
