Job Description: Protection Enforcement Agency LLC is seeking dedicated and professional Security Officers to provide temporary coverage in various locations throughout Maryland.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the premises, clients, and personnel during their assigned shift.Key Responsibilities:Monitor surveillance equipment and conduct regular patrols of the property to detect suspicious activity.Maintain a visible presence to deter any potential threats or criminal activity.Respond to alarms, incidents, or emergencies promptly and effectively.Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients and visitors as needed.Prepare detailed reports of security-related incidents, observations, and activities.Enforce building regulations and policies to ensure a safe working environment.Collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary.
Requirements:
Valid Maryland Security Guard License (required).
Previous security experience preferred but not mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and collected in high-stress situations.
Physical ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
Availability for immediate start and flexible hours (shifts may vary).
Reliable transportation to various job sites within Maryland.
Compensation: $28 per hour, based on project and experience.
