Summary
As a Flex Officer at CES Security, Inc., you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients’ properties and personnel. This position is essential to our mission of delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards of supervision across all client sites.
Responsibilities:
Provide on-site security services at various locations as assigned.
Must be able to train other Security Guards on Job Duties and Post Orders.
Must be able to cover shifts as needed for Emergencies or Call Outs.
Must have great Communication Skills.
Monitor premises using surveillance equipment and conduct regular patrols.
Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies.
Must have good Report writing skills.
Must have Professional Phone Etiquette.
Manage conflicts effectively and de-escalate situations when required.
Maintain accurate records of daily activities and incidents for reporting purposes.
Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to ensure safety protocols are followed.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures while on duty.
Qualification:
Must be 21 or Older
Clean Driving Record
Valid Driver’s License
Able to obtain a Security License in MD, DC and VA
Must Look Immaculate in Uniform.
Strong observational skills with attention to detail for identifying potential security threats.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively to emergencies.
