Key Responsibilities:
Access Control: Monitor and manage the entry and exit of personnel, visitors, and vehicles. Verify credentials and maintain detailed logs.
Surveillance: Conduct regular patrols of the premises and monitor security cameras to ensure a secure environment.
Incident Management: Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or security incidents, and document findings in detailed reports.
Customer Service: Greet visitors professionally, provide directions, and assist with inquiries while maintaining a courteous demeanor.
Policy Enforcement: Ensure adherence to company security protocols and procedures by all personnel and visitors.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in security or a related field (preferred but not required).
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
Strong observational and communication skills.
Ability to remain calm and take decisive action in high-pressure situations.
Basic computer skills for logging and reporting.
Must pass a background check and hold any required security licenses or certifications.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Weekends as needed
