Even if you don’t have the experience, we will train you and teach you all you need to know! You will be responsible for detecting suspicious behavior and preventing vandalism, thefts, or other criminal behavior. The ideal candidate will inspire respect and authority and possess a high level of observation. The goal is to help the company in maintaining excellent working conditions by keeping our facilities safe and problem-free!

Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a presence
Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people on the property
Remove wrongdoers or trespassers from the area
Secure all exits, doors, and windows after the end of operations
Check surveillance cameras periodically to identify disruptions or unlawful acts
Investigate people for suspicious activity or possessions
Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation
Help people in need
Apprehend and detain perpetrators according to the legal protocol before the arrival of authorities
Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences
Skills
No experience is needed as a security officer or guard, we will train you
Willingness to learn Use-of-Force guidelines, belong to a caring team, and be proficient in firearm handling (if armed guard)
You must be able to write a report/essay to document the events you witnessed
Excellent surveillance and observation skills
Tech-savvy with experience in surveillance systems
Security works 24/7. Afternoons, overnights, weekends, and holidays. You must be available for these and not just looking for a “Day job.” While we have those hours coming in, it is not probable to get one starting out.
Requirements
Your own vehicle (might sit in it at a site)
Smartphone with service (Iphone/Android) – Schedules, Time Clock, Activity Reports are all app-based

Due to our sites being away from our office, you must have a phone with service to clock in and out. Do you have a phone with service?
You must have your vehicle at the site in case your site is changed, or you can sit in it during your shift. Do you have your own vehicle for transportation? ((Uber, Sharing, or any other arrangement does not count)?
