Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. Duties
Monitor and patrol designated areas to ensure the safety and security of premises.
Operate and monitor CCTV systems to detect suspicious activities or breaches.
Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, providing assistance as needed.
Conduct regular inspections of property and report any security breaches or hazards.
Manage conflicts effectively through de-escalation techniques and conflict management strategies.
Provide first aid or CPR when necessary until emergency services arrive.
Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential theft or safety risks.
Experience
Candidates with the following qualifications will be given preference:
Previous experience in law enforcement or military service is highly desirable.
Certification in security-related fields is a plus.
Familiarity with surveillance systems and CCTV operation.
Knowledge of conflict management techniques and loss prevention strategies.
Training in first aid and CPR is beneficial.
