This is a part time – 16 hour per week, Sunday & Monday 3rd shift (overnight) position

What We Offer:
Full-time position with an average of 40 hours per week

Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of call center or dispatch operator experience
Proficient computer skills and software knowledge
Ability to type a minimum of 45 words per minute
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities:
Maintain communication, video, and computer equipment
Coordinate information for pass-downs with Operations
Answer calls promptly and dispatch appropriately
Monitor alarm signals and deploy personnel as needed
Ensure all shifts are fully manned
Utilize effective communication skills in a collaborative environment
