Job Summary:
GRAVE YARD POSITION available We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. You will play a crucial role in preventing theft, vandalism, and other illegal activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security procedures and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills./ customer service
Duties:
– detex scan points laundry room, pool, and gym apartment communiTy .
– must be able to foot patrol and maintain professionalism neat and clean uniform!
– must escort homeless off the property immediately and add it to your report on app!
– Patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises
– Monitor surveillance cameras and report any suspicious activities or incidents
– Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
– Enforce company policies and procedures
– Conduct regular inspections to identify potential security risks
– Provide excellent customer service to clients, employees, and visitors
– Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary
– Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records
Experience:
– Valid security certificate or license
– Previous experience in loss prevention or security preferred
– Knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance techniques
– Familiarity with first aid and CPR procedures
– Background in law enforcement or military is a plus
– Strong conflict management skills
