Responsibilities
– Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
– Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, ensuring appropriate action is taken.
– Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and prevent loss or damage.
– Provide assistance during conflicts or disturbances, utilizing conflict management techniques.
– Document incidents and prepare detailed reports as required.
– Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary and provide support during investigations.
– Provide first aid or CPR as needed in emergency situations.
Skills
– Proficiency in surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies.
– Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations.
– Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
