We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. Duties
Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
Respond promptly to alarms and emergency calls, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
Conduct regular inspections of premises, including checking doors, windows, and security systems.
Document incidents, observations, and any unusual occurrences in detailed reports.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required, providing assistance during investigations.
Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage to property.
Manage conflicts effectively through de-escalation techniques and conflict management skills.
Experience
Candidates should possess the following qualifications:
Previous experience in security, or related fields is preferred.
Familiarity with surveillance equipment such as CCTV systems is advantageous.
Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Knowledge of loss prevention techniques is a plus.
Military experience may be beneficial for understanding security protocols and discipline.
