We are seeking a professional and adaptable Flex Security Officer to join our team. This role requires a high level of flexibility, as assignments may vary based on business needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment at multiple locations, responding to incidents, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide security coverage at various locations as assigned.
· Conduct routine patrols to deter criminal activity and ensure site safety.
· Monitor surveillance equipment and access points.
· Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergency situations.
· Enforce site rules, policies, and procedures.
· Write detailed reports of daily activities and incidents.
· Work collaboratively with clients, employees, and emergency services.
· Adapt quickly to different environments, schedules, and security protocols.
Qualifications & Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Previous security experience preferred but not required.
· Valid security license/certification (if required by state).
· Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
· Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods.
· Must pass a background check and drug screening.
