Security Officer – Front Desk

Schedule: Full-Time:
Monday – Friday 7 am – 3 pm at $22.66 per hour.
Security Officer Responsibilities and Duties:
Guards property against fire, theft, vandalism, and illegal entry.
Greet and assist visitors, employees, and residents with inquiries and directions.
Patrol buildings and grounds to ensure people and property are safe and secure.
Preserves order and enforces security regulations.
Respond to emergencies, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency services as needed.
Answer phone calls and handle inquiries professionally.
Use of oral de-escalation methods to control disagreements.
All other job duties as related or assigned by USI Management.
Security Officer Qualifications and Skills:
Must be able to lift at least 15 lbs.
Basic computer skills.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Excellent sense of judgment.
Can stay alert at all times.
Candidates must also be able to successfully pass ALL pre-employment screenings.
