We are looking for a Field Supervisor to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our field staff on the tour that they are required to work. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all field staff adhere to company policies and procedures, provide guidance and support to field staff, and ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of field personnel.
Ensure that all safety regulations are followed.
Train, evaluate, and motivate field personnel to ensure quality standards are met.
Monitor and report on field personnel performance.
Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity of field personnel.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 – $23.00 per hour
