Shift: Friday: 7:20 am – 5:30 pm, Saturday: 4:00pm – 12:00 am, Sunday: 4:00 pm – 12:00 am, Monday: 7:20 am – 5:30 pm
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Unarmed Security Guard to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for protecting people and property from possible criminal activity. The Unarmed Security Guard will patrol and monitor an assigned area, operate X-ray and Metal Detection equipment, monitor surveillance cameras, inspect property, and monitor crowds.
Responsibilities:
Patrol and monitor an assigned area
Report suspicious activities to local authorities
Operate X-ray and Metal Detection equipment
Monitor surveillance cameras, inspect property, and monitor crowds
Contact law enforcement or fire department in case of an emergency
Check doors, windows, and gates to ensure the property is secure after business hours
Investigate reports of criminal activity
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to patrol the property and access areas quickly.
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
