We are looking to recruit personable, professional and reliable Security Officers for Part Time Safety Ambassadors to promote a positive downtown experience by providing enhanced hospitality and security functions throughout Downtown Orlando (DTO). If interested email us
Shift | Sunday 1430 – 1100, Monday 1530 – 0000 and Tuesday
Pay – $20.00/hr
Physical Requirements and Environment:
Outdoor environment, exposure to extreme temperatures is expected; inclement weather gear will be provided
Major activities include standing, walking, speaking, observing, listening, riding a bicycle
Physical effort includes standing and walking continuously during an eight (8) hour shift for several miles each day, some stretching, reaching, squatting
Must be able to submit to drug screening to the extent permissible by law

Summary of Ambassador Responsibilities in the City of Orlando CRA Area:
Greet and assist the public in various settings and weather conditions.
Help visitors find popular destinations in the CRA Area.
Provide general information about downtown businesses, libraries, events, and programs.
Enhance safety by patrolling and discouraging inappropriate behavior.
Offer assistance at downtown events when needed.
Report disturbances, vandalism, and criminal activity.
Notify authorities about public maintenance issues.
Document ordinance violations for enforcement.
Offer safety scorts within the CRA Area upon request.
Communicate with businesses and address community concerns.
Conduct surveys and collect data.
Assist homeless individuals with service information.
Maintain cleanliness by picking up litter and reporting trash dumping.
