. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision. * A valid driver’s license is required. * Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time. *Duties and Responsibilities:* * Patrolling and monitoring activities on the clients premises regularly to discourage criminals and ensure the environment is safe and secure. * Supervising officers in the field. * Handling scheduling, call-outs, and personnel/equipment related issues in the field. * Concierge and access control log management. * Deterring trespassers and violators. * Controlling the entrance and departure of employees, visitors and vehicles according to protocols. * Providing detailed reports on daily activities and any incidents that may have occurred to management. * Using provided communication devices such as two-way radios in a clear and concise manner. * Keeping an eye on the parking area and Entrance/Exit for crime suppression. Very low crime location, just needing high visibility deterrent. Hours may vary.
