The Security Officer is accountable for the safety and security of the facilities they protect. Our security officers:
act as a visible deterrent to crime
identify and report suspicious, dangerous or criminal acts
perform foot patrol in outside environments
monitor CCTV
operate a two-way radio
produce and maintain different security operations reports and forms
provide guidance and directions to guests
Successful candidates must have:
excellent customer service, phone, and computer skills
one year of security experience
DPSST License
CCTV and dispatch experience
a high school diploma or equivalent
effective written and oral communication skills
the ability to successfully complete a background and drug screen in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws
the ability to stand for long periods of time
a valid U.S. Driver’s License – required
