NOLAN Security is looking for individuals with strong observation, communication, and problem-solving skills to join our team! This position will observe multiple locations in real time via CCTV in a dispatch center environment and communicate effectively with our partners to provide safety & support to our guards and officers in the field.
SALARY: $16.50 – $18.00/hour + Free Public Transportation
WORK SCHEDULE: Full and Part-Time positions available. Must be able to work within 2nd shift scheduling – including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
LOCATION: Downtown Indianapolis, IN
JOB DESCRIPTION: Serve in support of IndyGo Dispatch Operations, with a focus on monitoring security systems, including alarms and surveillance cameras.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Monitor systems, including alarms and surveillance cameras.
– Maintain accurate and detailed communication logs and records of any relevant activity performed or observed, submit these documents to leadership as needed.
– Assist with administrative tasks and data entry as need.
– Provide exceptional customer service by assisting and offering direction when needed.
– Report any security related incidents to appropriate supervisor, law enforcement, or medical personnel when necessary.
– Uphold company policy and safety and security procedures to maintain a high standard of professionalism within the workplace.
REQUIREMENTS:
– Be at least 18 years of age.
– High School Diploma or equivalent.
– Valid Driver’s License.
– Must pass federal/state background checks, including drug and alcohol testing.
– Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
– Must be familiar with and able to use computer and smartphone technology.
– Ability to demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as we work in a team environment, collaborating with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
– Must be able to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.
