The Schedule
Sunday & Monday 8:00pm-4:30am
Wednesday 8:00pm-3:00am
Responsibilities:
– ProvideUnarmed Securityservices to protect the clients location, Residents and their assets.
– Conduct foot patrols to detect, report and deter unauthorized activities.
– Respond to alarms and emergency situations in a timely manner.
– Maintain a visible presence to deter criminal activity from within the community.
– Enforce security policies and procedures to maintain a secure environment.
– Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies as needed.
Requirements:
– Must have an activeVirginia DCJS Unarmed Security Registration or be able to obtain onewithin 90 days of employment.*
– Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations effectively.
– Ability towalk/standfor extended periods of time.
– Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
– Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
– Must have a working email and cell phone.
Notes:
– Must be able to become compliant with the Virginia DCJS, within 24-48 hours,beforeemployment processing. This will require afinancial costof about $100 – $150 in state & fingerprinting fees.We do not cover this cost.
– The client may fluctuate the schedule from time to time to adjust services as needed.
