Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. Duties
Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
Operate and monitor CCTV systems to ensure the safety of the premises.
Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances, providing appropriate responses to incidents.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities, ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures.
Provide first aid and CPR when necessary, ensuring the health and safety of individuals on-site.
Manage conflicts effectively, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate tense situations.
Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential theft or damage to property.
Maintain detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations for further review.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to ensure a coordinated response to incidents.
Experience
Candidates should possess relevant experience in security or law enforcement fields. Preferred qualifications include:
Certification in CPR and First Aid.
Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance techniques.
Proven skills in conflict management and loss prevention strategies.
Experience in a militarized or law enforcement environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
