As a Security Officer with Valor Protection Security Agency, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of attendees, staff, and assets at various events. Our officers are the first line of defense, providing a welcoming yet vigilant presence, and are committed to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
– Responsibilities:
– Ensure the safety and security of event attendees, staff, and property by maintaining a visible presence and monitoring the premises.
– Conduct regular patrols of the event site and respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies.
– Check identification and manage access control to ensure only authorized individuals enter restricted areas.
– Collaborate with event organizers, law enforcement, and emergency services to implement security measures and address potential threats.
– Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with inquiries and guiding them to appropriate resources or locations.
– Document and report any suspicious activities, safety hazards, or incidents in a timely and accurate manner.
Qualifications:
– 2+ Years of Experience
– Strong observational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
– Excellent communication abilities to effectively interact with diverse groups of people.
– Ability to stand for long periods and work in a variety of weather conditions.
– Must be available for flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
