Job description
Job Title: Security Systems Technician
Duties:
CMN LLC performs Security System installations all over the continental US.
We have an immediate need for local technicians for a temporary assignment (9-12 months) in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii.
We are looking for CCTV system and security system installers for local jobs with our company, some of the skills required are:
Install and maintain electronic security systems
Install system raceway
Install system cabling
Terminate CAT-6 and test system cabling and all components
Install equipment racks, enclosures, panels, and all mounting hardware components
Meet all attendance requirements and working hours of the assignment including team meetings
Communicate effectively with supervisors
Communicate effectively with subordinates
Incorporate, follow, and always reinforce all required safety practices
Complete detailed and accurate as-built, testing, and quality control documentation
Participate in logistics planning for personnel and equipment
Perform as a reliable contact for field operations with the customer representatives
—Requirements for the job:
Must be able to gain clearance to work on or in military and US government building so a clean record is mandatory.
Must be able to show up for work on time and be ready to go.
Must follow safety guidelines set forth by CMN and various organizations we work with.
Must follow the mandatory dress code.
Note: An intermediate level candidate should also have the following capabilities
Have Access Control certifications
Ability to read blue-prints
Able to troubleshoot systems with or without diagrams
Provide guidance to entry level security system technicians
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a service technician in the security industry.
– Proficiency in using power tools and other equipment required for installation and maintenance.
– Knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) regulations and other relevant safety standards.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
– Ability to communicate effectively and work independently or as part of a team.
– Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

We offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits such as health insurance (50% company paid), dental and vision insurance, and paid time off.
Hourly Rate (depending on experience)
Per Diem (varies on location)
Hotel lodging is scheduled & paid for by CMN, LLC while you are working on an active job site(s) awaiting from your home of record
Flights from job to job are booked & paid by the company including the flight to the first job site
