Unarmed Security Officer – Access Control
Prosegur Security is looking for Full-Time Access Control Officers in North Miami with a strong work ethic and quality customer service skills. This critical position safeguards our clients and what they value the most.
Shift Includes: Afternoons- Overnights
32 hours per week
The starting pay rate is $14.50-$17.00/Hourly
Duties and responsibilities included, but not limited to:
Greeting, checking in, and directing visitors
Enforcing access control and ensuring that only authorized personnel enter the property
Monitoring operational procedures
Maintaining constant surveillance of assigned areas
Providing customer service for residents, visitors, and/or guests
Writing accident and incident reports for any suspicious activities or safety hazards
Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property
Make sure all entry/exit gate equipment is operational.
Check surveillance cameras periodically to identify disruptions or unlawful acts
Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences

Qualifications we are looking for:
18+ years of age
High School Diploma or GED required.
State Issued Security License
Must have at least 3 years of Security experience
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
Minimum 3 years of Access Control experience
Minimum 3 years of Security Officer experience
Exceptional interpersonal skills and relationship-building skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Positive attitude and outlook
Works well under stress and makes sound decisions.
