Security Officer- Patrol Division
Special Response Group Security is currently hiring a full-time LEVEL 3 Security Officer for our Patrol Division for the following shifts in the evening/night shift and offer a starting pay rate of $18hr+ depending on experience:
Special Response Group Security is seeking qualified candidates to join our DFW team. The Security Patrol Officer protects properties by patrolling the location in our company provided vehicle and monitors for theft, violence, safety issues, and/or disturbances through observation and reporting.
REQUIREMENTS/DUTIES FOR SECURITY PATROL OFFICER:
Must be at least 21 years of age
Valid Texas Driver’s license
Complete and maintain all requirements for Level III Non-Commissioned Security Officer Registration
Must pass criminal background
Availability to work weekends and/or overtime
Ability to sit/stand/walk for long periods of time
Conduct vehicle and foot patrol presence on properties
Write reports of daily activities observed on properties
Perform checks on windows, doors, gates, stairwells, fire exits, mechanical rooms, and other areas as assigned by the client or that trespassers may use to gain illegal access, and ensure that they are properly secure
Inform persons of rule infractions or violations such as loitering, smoking, carrying forbidden articles; apprehend or evict violators from premises
Contact Property Manager, police, paramedics or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons
