Key Responsibilities
Monitor live CCTV feeds to detect suspicious activity, security breaches, or safety hazards.
Analyze recorded footage to assist investigations.
Respond to security incidents, coordinating with on-site personnel or law enforcement.
Document and report unusual activities, violations, or technical issues.
Maintain situational awareness to ensure property safety and adherence to protocols.
Assist in access control by verifying identification and authorizing entry.
Collaborate with security teams to provide real-time support and incident response.
Qualifications & Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Class D Security License issued by the State of Florida
Experience in CCTV monitoring or security operations (preferred)
Strong observational skills and attention to detail
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask under pressure
Proficiency with security technology, including surveillance systems and access control software
Flexibility to work nights and weekends
Reliable transportation
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
