Job Description:
Onguard Inc. is looking for a Reception Desk Security Officer to join our dedicated security team in Anaheim, CA. This position offers a graveyard shift (Wednesday – Sunday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM), and we are seeking a reliable individual with excellent communication skills, customer service experience, and the ability to stay alert during overnight hours. As a Reception Desk Security Officer, you will work closely with other security officers to maintain a safe and secure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor CCTV cameras to ensure the safety and security of the facility.
Answer incoming calls from residents and provide assistance or information as needed.
Make outgoing calls to residents for security-related matters.
Report any suspicious or unusual activity to other security officers and work together to resolve the issue.
Ensure a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications:
Must have a valid Guard Card.
Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
Must be able to work graveyard shifts (Wednesday – Sunday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to stay alert and focused during the graveyard shift.
Ability to pass a TB test and background check (costs covered by us).
Must be able to follow security protocols and work effectively in a team environment.
