Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols.
Duties
Enforce security policies and procedures to prevent theft, vandalism, and other criminal activities.
Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents, ensuring appropriate action is taken.
Provide first aid and CPR assistance as needed during emergencies.
Manage conflicts effectively using conflict management techniques.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to ensure safety and security.
Document all incidents and maintain accurate records of daily activities.
Experience
Previous experience in security or law enforcement is preferred but not mandatory.
Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred
Familiarity with loss prevention strategies is a plus.
Strong conflict management skills are essential for handling difficult situations.
