Security guards at Valley View Mall are responsible for the safety and well-being of our customers, tenants and vendors. At a moment’s notice, guards must be prepared for a variety of circumstances. Guards control access to the property including locking and unlocking procedures. Guards conduct patrols on foot as well as monitor alarm systems. Guards answer phone calls providing assistance when needed. Quick response is necessary for a variety of incidents including suspicious activities, accidents and emergencies. Guards often act as a liaison with local police and responders. Daily logs are maintained to ensure consistency and communication among security staff.
