Position Overview:
As an Unarmed Security Officer Level 2 at a residential property, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of the community. You will be responsible for conducting foot patrols, and providing excellent customer service to residents and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular foot patrols of the residential property every 30 minutes.
Respond promptly to any alarms or incidents.
Ensure the safety and security of residents, guests, and their property.
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting residents and visitors with inquiries and requests.
Complete accurate and detailed incident reports when necessary.
Enforce property rules and regulations in a fair and professional manner.
Assist in emergency situations and coordinate with local law enforcement as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid Unarmed Security Officer License (Level 2).
Prior security experience in a residential or similar setting is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations.
Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills.
Must be able to start as soon as possible.

Pay: $16.00 – $17.00 per hour
