Metro One Loss Prevention Services Group is a rapidly growing company currently hiring Unarmed Security Officers. We have a state-of-the-art infrastructure and we’re looking for Professional Security Officers for a logistics center operation. We are a national security company with 27 talent centers, over 250 locations, and over 3,000 officers throughout the country.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Be at least 18 years of age.
Possess a valid drivers license/state issued & SS Card (Required).
Possess a valid North Carolina security guard card (Required).
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1 yr experience in security field;
Military, Corrections, or Law Enforcement experience is a PLUS.
Must have personal reliable transportation.
Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner.
As a condition of employment, employees must successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently.
Patrols of interior & exterior areas of assigned locations.
Reporting safety concerns, security breaches, and unusual circumstances both verbally and in writing.
Remain flexible to ever-changing environments; adapt well to different situations.
