We are seeking a skilled and experienced Security Alarm Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting various security alarm systems. They will work closely with our clients to ensure their security needs are met efficiently and effectively. Pay will be based off of experience.
Key Responsibilities
· Install and configure security alarm systems at residential and commercial properties.
· Conduct regular maintenance checks on installed systems to ensure optimal performance.
· Diagnose and repair system malfunctions promptly.
· Provide technical support to clients and respond to their inquiries regarding system issues.
· Ensure all installations comply with industry standards and regulations.
· Keep detailed records of installations, maintenance, and repairs.
· Collaborate with other technicians and support staff to deliver high-quality service.
Qualifications
· Minimum of 3 years of experience working with security alarm systems.
· Strong knowledge of various security systems and their components.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
· Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
· Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
Working Conditions
