Job Summary
We are seeking a highly trained and dedicated Armed Guard to join our security team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law enforcement or military service, with the ability to maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients and their assets. The Armed Guard will be responsible for monitoring premises, conducting surveillance, and responding to incidents while ensuring compliance with all safety protocols.
Responsibilities
Patrol assigned areas to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
Monitor CCTV systems and respond promptly to any alerts or incidents.
Manage conflicts effectively while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Conduct thorough inspections of premises and report any security breaches or hazards.
Provide first aid and CPR as needed in emergency situations.
Collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary to ensure safety and security.
Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
Enforce company policies and procedures regarding loss prevention.
Requirements
Proven experience in law enforcement, military service, or loss prevention preferred.
Knowledge of surveillance techniques and conflict management strategies.
Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable.
Ability to operate security equipment, including CCTV systems.
Strong observational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Must possess a valid armed guard license or certification as required by state regulations.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
