Full Job Description
ABILITY TO:
Be at least 25 years of age
1-2 years experience in dealing/managing people
Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel in a precise and effective manner
VALID ACTIVE BSIS GUARD CARD
POCESS A VALID CURRENT DRIVERS LICENSE AND CLEAN DRIVING RECORD
As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
Display exceptional customer service
ability to speak and write in English clearly
Able and capable of using a smart phone device
Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently
Ability to be unbias in implementing rules and guidelines with guards
Enforces Steadfast Security’s guideliness, Policies and rules
Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain, and heat
Ability to occassionally lift up to 40lbs
Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift
Stand or walk for long periods of time
