Minimum age of 18 years
Courteous behavior and ability to interact with the public
Eligible to work in the United States
High school diploma or GED
BSIS Guard Card
CPR certification (preferred)
State (required);
Valid driver’s license (preferred)
Job Responsibilities
Meet with client security management weekly
Abide by all applicable laws and regulations
Resolve performance issues within 24 hours
Replace security personnel with qualified staff promptly
Maintain a 10% tactical reserve
Ensure all posts are covered 100% of the time
Conduct quarterly business reviews and document performance
Visit buildings monthly and perform random weekly visits between 8:00 pm and 6:00 am
Provide timely reports on service levels, incidents, shifts, invoices, safety audits, and other metrics
