MaxSent is currently seeking a Security Supervisor in Arlington, VA.

Security Supervisors oversee and manage site activity within a designated geographical area. Conduct routine inspections and audits of security personnel to ensure proper implementation of security procedures & protocol.
Essential job functions:
Conduct routine patrol of assigned area to inspect and coach security officers
Ensures Officers perform all aspects of their assignments as per the site post orders and standard operating procedures.
Ensures Officers correctly fill out all necessary paperwork including but not limited to their timesheet, daily activity reports, and incident reports
Assist in creating and managing the work schedule for the security staff
Ensure all work shifts are covered and required contract hours are met
Counsel the security staff as needed and directed
Conduct inspections and report findings to management
Train new officers
Provide management with personnel recommendations as needed.
Ensures time sheets and other logs are properly filled out by officers.
Investigates any reported payroll or time discrepancies as needed/required.
Ensures all time worked for personnel on site is present on time sheets and all contractual obligations are met.
Must be able to properly and efficiently perform all essential job duties of the site security officers under your supervision.
Must be able to utilize all essential security equipment approved for use on site.
Stand post/ provide site coverage when needed.
Interact with client contacts in a professional manner.
Report incidents to management in a timely manner.
Document and report any on-site injuries.
Submit reports on site activity as requested.
Successful candidates must have:
excellent customer service, phone, and computer skills
proficient two-way radio communication skills
CCTV and dispatch experience
a high school diploma or equivalent
effective written and oral communication skills
the ability to successfully complete a background and drug screen in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
the ability to stand for long periods of time.
Active DCJS LICENSE Required
Education Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Payrate: $20.80/ hour
Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday 4pm-12am.
