Location: Westerly, RI
Whalen Security LLC is currently looking for dependable, professional Overnight Security Officers to join our growing team in Westerly, Rhode Island. This role is perfect for individuals with strong customer service skills who are committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment.
Position Details:
Shift: 3rd Shift | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Availability: Additional shifts available at nearby locations if you’re interested in extra hours
Weekends: Required

Pay & Bonuses:
Starting Rate: $17–$18/hour
Weekly Bonus: $2–$3/hour extra!

Job Responsibilities:
Monitor access points and site activity
Conduct regular mobile patrols throughout the property
Provide a professional security presence
Deliver excellent customer service and respond to client needs
Use tablets, computers, and smartphones effectively while on duty
Minimum Hiring Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Able to work 3rd shift, including weekends
Reliable transportation and communication (smartphone required)
High School Diploma or GED
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Proficient in English (spoken and written)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

The base pay for this position is $15 hr with a $3hr bonus which is based on the attendance policy. With the bonus you will make $18 hr. You are eligible for a raise at 1 year of service. This will all be explained to you during your interview and you will receive the policy.
