1st Mid shift
Monday/Wednesday/Friday: 1pm to 5:30pm
Tuesday/Thursday: 1pm to 7:30pm
Saturday: 8am to 12:30pm
Must be F ully Vaccinated against COVID-19
Part-Time (0-29 hours / week)
Flexibility and availability to work other sites could allow an ACA Full-Time (30-39 hours / week) status

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
:
As an unarmed Security Officer for this health clinic setting for DK Security, you will be working with one other Security Officer on post for your shift. Your duties will vary and may include the following responsibilities:
Access Control – Ensuring visitors and clients are following proper protocol for entrance into the facility along with securing the facility at the end of the shift.
Customer Service – Assist clientel coming in/out of the facility along with a friendly dememanor in all aspects of the job duties.
Patrolling – Officers on site will patrol both the interior and exterior of the building.
De-escalation Skills – De-escalation skills will be a priority to diffuse situations that arise.
Report Writing -Incident reports and acitivity logs will be utilized.

Reliability – Report for your shift on time, presentable, and in the prescribed uniform.
Friendly Personality- Being able to balance our expectations of outstanding customer service while maintaining client policies and enforcing rules.
Following Company and Client Policies – Be able to read and interpret written post guidelines, follow procedures as outlined and ensure all tasks are completed throughout the shift.
Use of De-escalation Techniques – Being able to defuse situations through verbal judo and other communication tactics.
Qualifications
