Job Skills / Requirements
Security Officers patrol and service the site 24/7 to maintain order and protect personnel, property, premises, and equipment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Perform routine and non-routine security and receptionist duties, including access control, CCTV, door alarms, and event monitoring following established policies and procedures. Maintain civil order during emergency conditions.
Secure premises and personnel by patrolling, monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points, and permitting entry.
Write reports and conduct site patrols.
Manage lost and found duties and other security tasks as required.
Immediately report all security and safety threats identified during patrols.
Understand all Post Orders and Site Operating Procedures thoroughly.
Respond to incidents around the site.
Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Support access control badges and authorized access per policy.
Control key issuance.
Assist with daily Method of Procedures (MOPs) and coordinate with escorts.
Ensure visitor, employee, contractor, and vendor access compliance.
Perform access control duties, including static or standing posts.
Maintain a uniformed appearance according to global standards.
Special skills and attributes include:
Relevant security experience, licensing, and certificates as per local laws.
Excellent communication skills with a courteous and professional manner.
Exceptional reception and customer service skills.
Familiarity with MS Office products.
Strong observational skills and experience communicating via two-way radio.
Clean driving record with no at-fault accidents in the last five years.
Strong multi-tasking abilities.
Education Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
