We are seeking a dedicated Security Officers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to manage conflicts effectively, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols. The Security Officer will monitor premises through surveillance systems, respond to incidents, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Responsibilities
Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activities.
Operate and maintain CCTV systems to ensure effective surveillance of the premises.
Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Manage conflicts and de-escalate situations effectively while maintaining professionalism.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary and provide detailed reports on incidents.
Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for record-keeping purposes.
Qualifications
Proven HOA experience in security.
Familiarity with surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems.
Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.
