Job Description
$21.00/ Hour
Must have a driver’s license
Must have previous supervisor experience (2+ years)
Must be able to communicate and work well with others
Must be open to working afternoon/overnight shifts + weekends
Allied Universal Services is currently searching for a Professional Security Shift Supervisor.
The Shift Security Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. The Security Shift Supervisor will act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and security officers. Supervise staff on the shift, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.
Qualifications/Requirements
At least 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience
Effective communication and interpersonal skills; able to deal professionally with all personnel and the public; able to use initiative and judgment within guidelines
Ability to prepare written reports and logs neatly and legibly
Ability to understand operating procedures and instructions
Licensing requirements as per state/local laws, possibly prior to employment
Driving positions: valid driver’s license with at least one year of driving experience, clean driving record, minimum insurance as required, and ability to operate a vehicle safely
Successful completion of background check and drug/alcohol test; driver record check if applicable
Intermediate computer skills for wireless technology use
Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Physical ability to work in various environments, lift up to 40 pounds, climb stairs, and stand/walk for long periods
