Security Officer Job Responsibilities:
Maintains safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.
Security Officer Job Duties:
Patrols carefully the assigned residential zones as a deterrent to criminal activity
Secures premises by patrolling, monitoring and surveilling assigned roads and homes.
Challenges anyone engaged in suspicious activity.
Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities and calling law enforcement when needed.
Completes incidents and shift reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
Maintains organization’s stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
Is attentive and responds to bonified calls from residents.
Assists with Noise Complaints and reports of suspicious activities.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Security Officer Skills and Qualifications:
Customer Service, Customer Service, Customer Service!
The ideal candidate will have a great disposition to work closely as a part of the community’s Public Safety Program, will report in great detail any occurrences and will have the ability to communicate well both in spoken and written form. Ideally this person has held a Supervisory position and can think on it’s feet. Clean driving record required. (No DUI’s)

Schedules: Sunday – Monday 9pm-5am 16hrs/wk)
