We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, including monitoring premises and responding to incidents as they arise. The Security Guard will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of property and personnel while providing excellent customer service.
Duties
Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security of the premises.
Operate surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to monitor activities within the facility.
Report any incidents or breaches of security to management in a timely manner.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary for investigations or emergencies.
Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage to property.
Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations during shifts.
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries professionally.
Experience
Familiarity with surveillance systems (CCTV) and loss prevention techniques is advantageous.
Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations effectively.
Excellent observational skills with attention to detail are essential for identifying potential threats or issues.
